URGENT: Domestic Cleaners x2 Full Time

We are looking for two talented domestic cleaners to join our team in Glasgow who are available to start immediately. These roles will be full time, and applicants must be flexible when it comes to the days they work and their hours.

The job will involve cleaning apartments on a daily basis, maintaining the highest of standards. For the domestic side, our guests expect each apartment to be presented to hotel standard. Daily duties will include collecting all required towels and linen, cleaning and preparing each apartment, reporting any issues with cleanliness or maintenance and communicating with the office team to ensure all properties are ready for guests arriving.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning hotel bedrooms, private homes or serviced apartments. We want to find someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and looking for an opportunity where they can grow in the role. There will be scope for progression for anyone who succeeds in the role.

Your own vehicle and driving license is also essential for this role.

Airbnb Representative – Evenings

We are looking for someone to put the customer at the heart of the service we provide. You will be directly responsible for making this happen.

Your responsibilities will be:

Fielding booking enquiries and securing bookings
Resolving in-stay issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Managing cleaners and launderettes

Additional responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

Vetting incoming guests
Negotiating booking discounts and compensation
Liaising with external suppliers to resolve issues

We are looking for a superstar with some (or all) of these qualities:

Must drive and stay close to the city centre or West End
Loves Airbnb
Has an unwavering dedication to customer service
Motivated to grow the company

The successful candidate will probably have:

Experience in customer service
Impeccable communication skills
Hospitality experience

The role is ideal for a student. This role is evening based.
A drivers license is required.
