URGENT: Domestic Cleaners x2 Full Time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for two talented domestic cleaners to join our team in Glasgow who are<\/g> available to start immediately. These roles will be full time, and applicants must be flexible when it comes to the days they work and their hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\n job will involve cleaning apartments on a daily basis, maintaining the \nhighest of standards. For the domestic side, our guests expect each \napartment to be presented to hotel standard. Daily duties will include \ncollecting all required towels and linen, cleaning and preparing each \napartment, reporting any issues with cleanliness or maintenance and \ncommunicating with the office team to ensure all properties are ready \nfor guests arriving. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ideal candidate will have experience in\n cleaning hotel bedrooms, private homes or serviced apartments. We want \nto find someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and looking for an \nopportunity where they can grow in the role. There will be scope for \nprogression for anyone who succeeds in the role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Airbnb Representative – Evenings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for someone to put the customer at\nthe heart of the service we provide. You will be directly responsible for\nmaking this happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your responsibilities will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fielding booking enquiries and securing\nbookings
\nResolving in-stay issues to ensure guest satisfaction
\nManaging cleaners and launderettes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional responsibilities will include, amongst\nother things:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vetting incoming guests
\nNegotiating booking discounts and compensation
\nLiaising with external suppliers to resolve issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a superstar with some (or all)\nof these qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must drive and stay close to the\ncity centre or West End
\nLoves Airbnb
\nHas an unwavering dedication to customer service
\nMotivated to grow the company<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful candidate will probably have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience in customer service
\nImpeccable communication skills
\nHospitality experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role is ideal for a student. This role is evening<\/g> based.
A drivers license is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
